Returns and Exchanges ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns due to contamination and health concerns post COIVD. The BUZZ Scents are a very personal experience and we encourage you to purchase samples before committing to a full-size perfume.

We will offer a replacement or a shop credit for defective or broken items only within 14 days of purchase. Must show proof of purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS 

If you need to cancel and order please do so within 24 hours of your order.

At the BUZZ we work hard to help you get your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped. This unfortunately means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
